This! bookmarklet to your Links bar in your browser and you can generate a Gmail message, complete with the address
of the site you're currently viewing and any text you have selected on the page. Nice!

(Page 1)2. I guess you could patch this together with Del.icio.us if you had to, but Furl.net's social bookmarking bookmarklet will let you tag, rate, excerpt from, describe and save a cached copy of a page...AND send an URL in an email just like this tool.
Plus, if you have an ongoing relationship with someone it's probably better to just tag something with a tag like "for:joesmith" and have them grab the RSS feed. Way less likely to get lost in an undifferentiated email inbox.
