GTD Outlook add-in update

GTD Add-in for Outlook

NetCentrics has just released version 2.1 of their GTD Outlook add-in. This is very big news to users of the add-in who have been patiently waiting for a number of new features and bug fixes for the tool. New in this release:


  • Attach multiple Emails to a single task

  • Process a Post Item

  • Add Next Action Button on Appointment/Task that will complete and create new task

  • Send and Delegate available on New, Forward or Reply messages

  • Dependant Action Creation

  • File Enhancements including view more/less options

  • Sub Project Functionality

  • Send and File Option available on New, Forward or Reply messages

  • Request for Actions in Journaling

  • Calendar View while deferring an item

  • File a message based on a project – allowing for views to be created

  • Use Word as Email editor when using GTDOA

  • User can sort file for reference, delegate to, file drop lists by MRU or ABC

  • Ability to change GTD folder from default of their inbox to another folder

  • Send Options now available on a Forward, Reply and New message
