Andrew over at Treonauts has an extensive walkthrough of a new utility called iSkoot which forwards your Skype calls to your Treo (or other phone) using SkypeOut minutes and a PC application. You do need a PC that's always on and connected to the net on a broadband connection for this to work but it looks like a clever way to get your Skype calls when you're away from your PC - at least until Skype delivers a Palm client and Palm offers a WiFi option for the Treo.
