Phil over at the Geeky Info blog is considering adopting Mindjet
MindManager as his central tool for Getting Things Done. It's a worthy choice, especially if your brain prefers a
visual display of information and you use Outlook. As I've discussed in the past, MindManager offers excellent
integration with Outlook and can produce a most satisfying map of your current and future commitments. Phil points to a
good overview of mind managing your day written by
RobinNZ.
For a more advanced GTD user, there's also the excellent
ResultManager add-in from Gyronix to consider which provides a
GTD overlay for MindManager mind maps and allows you to collect the information from a number of project-related maps
into a "dashboard" showing what you have promised and what's been promised to you using the concept of contexts,
Someday/Maybe, and reviews that are central to GTD.
Phil also gives a shout out to the new Personal Productivity
Show podcast on The Podcast Network which will feature an interview with David Allen in an upcoming
installment.

(Page 1)2. I use ResultsManager heavily - it is a lifesaver! The only problem is capturing tasks when you are away from your computer - I use a set of cards from www.nextactioncards.com for this.

1. I've been using MM and Results Manager extensively, and there is nothing else like it today for keeping track of projects, goals, and next actions whether you use GTD or your own time-management philosophy.
